There are a ton of different products out there that promise relief if you have conditions like arthritis, gout, chronic inflammation or muscle pain, and it’s fair to say that most of these are a total waste of time when it comes to what they promise compared to what they deliver.
I was first introduced to Relief Factor as an alternative treatment for my rheumatoid arthritis. At first, I assumed that it was going to be the same as everything else I’d tried before – but by the third day of using it, I actually started to feel results, and I felt more convinced that this might actually be a worthwhile product.
Here’s more about Relief Factor, how it works, where you can get it and why I’m still using it three months after discovering the product through an ad.

Contains Natural Ingredients
One of the first things that convinced me to use Relief Factor was the fact that it contains only natural ingredients as opposed to pharmaceutical equivalents that can clash with any medication that I was already taking. All you’ll find in Relief Factor is Icariin, Resveratrol, Turmeric and Omega-3, and all of these ingredients are ones that work well to reduce inflammation and swelling on their own with much more impressive results when they’re combined in one product.
Treats Inflammation First
Many supplements on the market claim to treat pain, but treating pain directly will only dull the associated pain instead of doing anything practical to treat the injury itself. This means you’re more likely to injure yourself again without feeling it at the time if you take painkillers on top of existing pain. If you take something that treats inflammation (instead of heading directly for pain), it helps the injury to heal instead of just masking your symptoms. Inflammation is what’s really causing the pain and swelling: Relief Factor works to naturally treat this first.
Can Counteract Gout
If you already have a health condition like arthritis or anything related to it, it’s likely that you’ll experience regular issues with inflammation – and other related issues with gout. Gout is what happens when something in your diet (usually acidic components) sets off a serious inflammation attack in the body. This can be painful, and for anyone who already has inflammation in their joints, it’s a complete nightmare.
Relief Factor is one of the best products you can add to your daily medicine routine if you want to counteract health conditions like gout, particularly if you’ve had anything recently that you know is going to trigger a gout attack within a few hours.
If you are still trying to figure out what in your diet is triggering constant gout attacks, taking Relief Factor can also help you to reduce the pain and inflammation until you can eliminate the dietary triggers.
Compliments Treatment for Many Conditions
If you are already being treated for a condition like arthritis, it’s likely that your doctor has told you to stay away from certain types of supplements while adding some others to your routine to compliment your treatment. Relief Factor can be one of the best supplements to take for better all-round health, and it’s a treatment that you can safely speak to your doctor about – there are very few things that will clash with the ingredients contained in Relief Factor, and in most cases you can readily use it together with your existing treatment.
It’s a Drug Free Solution
If you’re already taking prescription medication for other health conditions, it’s likely that you don’t want to add even more pharmaceuticals to your list of essentials. Many people also prefer adding the most natural supplements to their diet in order to compliment their treatment. Relief Factor is great because it’s an entirely natural and drug free solution to pain and inflammation. There are no weird preservatives added to it, either: Read the label and what you see is exactly what you get out of it. Most supplements available on the market can’t say the same about their product.
Contains Resveratrol
Among other ingredients, Relief Factor contains resveratrol. This is an ingredient naturally found in many foods, including grapes, and it’s an ingredient that can do a lot to improve your health in a natural way. It can improve cellular regeneration and overall help you to age in a better way – and heal from life’s daily injuries a lot quicker.
Helps Natural Brain Function
Omega-3 is a supplemental ingredient that you’ll find in thousands of supplements – and it’s a good thing that it’s included in Relief Factor, too. It doesn’t just help inflammation, but Omega-3 extract is well-known for being able to boost the brain – and in the long term, it can help your brain to feel sharper than it would after a few cups of coffee.
Promotes Natural Healing
As we get older, our body’s capacity to heal from smaller injuries – and larger ones – naturally declines. There are many ways to counteract this process to have a healthier life. One of the best ways I’ve found so far other than improving your overall diet is by including the right supplements together with it. Even though I’ve tried a few other supplements at more or less the same time, Relief Factor is the one I stuck with for its all-round benefits.
Betters the Immune System
Other than helping with pain and inflammation, taking Relief Factor also contains ingredients that can help you to improve your immune system. Notice that you’re getting sick – or want to avoid getting sick when everyone else around you is dropping to the couch like flies? Start taking Relief Factor and you can boost our immune system in a natural, healthy and quick way.
Boosts Blood Flow
Together with pain and inflammation, blood flow is one of the most important things we should watch for in our health. It’s one of the things that can decline as you get older, and it can be associated with a range of further health problems – especially if you have an existing family history. The ingredients in Relief Factor, especially turmeric, can help you to boost blood flow and can help boost your overall health.
Aids Aging Better
It’s not just blood flow and conditions like arthritis that starts to become more prevalent as you get older. Depending on your lifestyle and family history, certain conditions like cholesterol and high blood pressure might affect you later on in your life. Taking Relief Factor on a regular basis is a good way to get access to excellent ingredients that your diet needs – and it can help you to age more comfortably, even if you’re still young now.
Product Pros:
Here’s what I found great about Relief Factor and why I’m still using the product for my arthritis several months later.
- Available in individual servings.
Relief Factor is available in individual servings, which is great for anyone who travels a lot – or anyone who doesn’t want to keep an entire bottle of supplements around the house. This also allows you to easily adjust your dosage as needed until you feel that your body has adjusted to the new supplement. - Long-term subscription supply.
Relief Factor is sold through the website as a subscription service. Sure, you can buy singular packs, but anything you have to take on a regular basis is usually easier to keep track of when you know when your medication or supplements arrive. Relief Factor gives you the option for subscribing, and you receive some extra diet and health information together with your subscription that can help teach you how to be healthier. - A great supplement for various life stages.
Relief Factor is a great supplement that has you covered for various stages of your life. Whether you’re getting older, entering your thirties or just want to live a healthier life, you can likely benefit from the ingredients contained in Relief Factor and you’ll feel better for taking it.
Product Cons:
Here are some of the features that made Relief Factor less than ideal at times.
- Dosage adjustment is necessary.
The instructions for Relief Factor recommend that you start out taking 3 servings and then adjust this down to a lower dosage once you start seeing results. This isn’t always the best course of action, and sometimes it’s better to start with 2 servings instead of the recommended 3 if you don’t want to confuse or bombard your body.
- Expecting a wider product line.
Relief Factor covers only a small selection of products. I would have liked to see some more diversity – like, what if you would like to include Relief Factor in your health but your doctor has told you to avoid turmeric? This is something that I still hope to see more of in future. - Only available on Relief Factor’s website
Relief Factor is only available on the official website for the product. This is fine if you’re subscribed to it, but it can be a huge inconvenience. Why can’t I buy this anywhere else?
